This is a Super-Beta machine.
In common with the SL-HF950 it supports two modes
of Super-Betamax operation. Standard mode uses high grade oxide tapes,
and Pro mode works with the PRO-X series of tape. All in all this is a fabulous machine - all it lacks
is hi-fi sound.
